The location was great! Close to beach, close to restaurants and in a quiet area.
The view was also great!
The apartment was spacious.
There was constant hot water and had 2 bathrooms.
The apartment had private parking within the building closed area.
The location was quiet and so were the neighbors!
I had to make several requests to receive the stay invoice(was initially promised on arrival then in the last days of the stay I had to call and message multiple times to get it making me miss the deadline to submit it to my business causing me to get the money back only 1 month after the receipt of the invoice).
The living AC and the washing machine kept tripping the main circuit breaker.
The windows did not isolate sound properly and you could hear cars passing the street.

The view!!!
The view, the view, location and apartment in general. Beds were comfortable, there were the minimum necessities like bin bags, dishwash liquid, hairdryer etc
While the apartment has a lot going for it, there were a few drawbacks. At night it got quite loud with groups of drunk people hanging out across the street until 6am, so it might not be ideal for light sleepers. WiFi could be better. Also, the baby's crib was useless, it didn't have a mattress.

Spacious apartment with amazing view from the balcony. Some 15meters from the sea. Perfect sunset every evening.
Safe parking in the shade.
No noise in the building.
Close to center and pedestrian by the sea but just far enough not to hear the noise from restaurants, cafe's and clubs.
All appliances in the apartment that you need are there, including new airconditions that are not noisy or smelly.
All in all everything was perfect.
Wifi could be better.

Showers couldn’t be any smaller, but they were updated
One toilet worked
