Superb spot with fabulous views that was unnecessarily marred by lack of timely access information

Outstanding location in the Loutraki area with simply amazing & unmatched views. The unit was large, clean and very well equipped/furnished to support the everyday needs of the occupants. Well Done!

The access to the property, given lack of timely communication, became unnecessarily dramatic and caused unnecessary anxiety as instructions on "how to access" the unit were still outstanding in the morning of arrival despite multiple communications in the days previous to the arrival. What s/b a simple procedure became a unneeded complication. Advice: A. Simply inform the renter on the procedures as the "how"and "when" one will access the unit when payment is made; B. Ensure the you follow through on what was promised on A above

The first day was extremely windy and the flat is, due to its great location at the see, very exposed to the wind.

Everything. Located on the beach, with great beach facilities just in front. Beautiful apartment with amazing views over the bay and the mountains. Nicely decorated rooms, big airy terraces. Didn't miss anything, from toiletries to kitchenware and even beach towels. 🤩 The owner was very helpful and proactive with our needs and requests.

excellent views, large balconies, well taken care of, across the main loutraki beach and very close to downtown.

no parking, extremely challenging to unload/load at or even near the property, especially during busy days/hours. some additional detailed instructions with parking suggestions would have been helpful (such as park at the parking lot of Anemis cafe 2-3 blocks away)

Fantastic location, huge shame the description is completely wrong

The location is amazing - the apartment is just across the road from the beach and the views are incredible, especially the sunset from the balcony.

The apartment is described as having 3 bedrooms and 4 beds - there are in fact 2 bedrooms, 2 double beds and a small sofa/camp bed. We had 2 couples and my teenage daughter, who ended up having to sleep on the sofa in the living room. I would not have paid this much for a 2 bedroom apartment.
