SunStar Alaska Bed and Breakfast LLC

SunStar B&B is a great place to stay! It's a beautiful and immaculate home in a quiet, residential area, not far from Anchorage center. And Sondra is a wonderful host. She is a professional chef, and prepares an incredible breakfast for you. You get to choose from a large variety of items on a menu, all with fresh fruit, veggies, juice, homemade bread, and fresh eggs from her backyard chickens. Breakfast was beyond 5 stars, truly exceptional. It is by far the best I have ever been served. Sondra is very friendly and helpful too. She took my bags and carried them right upstairs to my room. The room was beautiful with a private bathroom. It had coffee, tea, many snacks, and also toiletries and a terry robe. Sondra also spent a lot of time giving me some very good information and tips about activities to do while in Alaska. I really can't say enough good things about this place. It is so much better than staying at a hotel. I definitely recommend and would love to stay there again.

nothing, it is perfect

This is a spectacular spot, plenty of parking, very comfortable accommodation, quiet, peaceful, lots of amenities including an absolutely sumptuous gourmet breakfast!

Nothing - no complaints.

Upon our arrival, she was waiting in the property to give instruction; in the morning, she actually cooked us delicious breakfast, a surprise but wonderful service!

the mattress is bit soft for me but that was just personal preference.
