The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owner went out of his way to be helpful.

Karen was amazing. I arrived late and was a little confused by the whole entrance. Once I was in everything fell into place. Again, Karen was very welcoming.

Unit 5 was great as it is on the top floor and away from the parking area. Has a nice view of distant trees and water in the living room. Kitchen was great for making tea/breakfast and storing/reheating leftovers from the tasty Anchorage eateries.
Location is slightly colorful with some homeless shelters in the area but I always felt safe. I walked to and from the train station both days which was great. It was also an easy walk to downtown.
THE STAFF WAS AMAZING - my unit was available for early check-in on my day of arrival - AND - when I wanted to tack on 1 additional night they gave me a deal.
Thanks Jeff and Jessica and (Natalie?) - you all 3 were SUPER HELPFUL and accommodating. Will DEFINITELY stay here again anytime I am in Anchorage!
