AD MY HOME

Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa. Consigliatissimo!

The swimming pool was amazing, apartment was new & well equipped, mosquito nets in front of every window & door, 3 TV sets, washing machine.

- After a drive of 9 hours from Germany, we were welcomed by a rude & demotivated host. He asked us to pay cash 50 euro, the next day it was 54 euro, we have stayed in Tuscany for years and different places but never encountered this. - the biggest balcony was full of bird & pigeon poop & feathers, my husband try to clean it but poop did not come off and the birds kept on coming back, pigeon poop is toxic & dangerous, we could never sit outside of the terrace, there were 2 other balcony’s one was next to the ac engine and very tiny, the other one was at the bathroom also too small as our laundry was there. - One power outage a day especially in the evening, we had to wait for the host to solve it. - The AC of the living room smelled like sewer when used. - We have stayed for 9 nights requested one time new towels were given 2 new towels even though we are with 3 people - We had to use the bedlinnen for 9 nights without having a refresh - On our last night at 23:50 there was no water and they said next day they will come and check, then probably more people complaint the same host came to check and said that a pipe was bursted and nobody had water, this was a bit weird there was no work been done in the night on the morning we left we wanted to clean the dishes and then the water was off again at 10:00, luckily we did shower in the morning.
