Everything was neat and clean . Plenty hot water . Was a one minute walk from the sea front . There is no sea view but we were on business not holiday so was perfectly fine
If I could make one suggestion it would be to have maybe 4 sachets of instant coffee, sugar and a few tea bags in a jar . It’s pennies and enables an early cup of coffee .

The location was very nice with Sea view. Bed was comfortable.
Very small kitchen, no sink and stove in kitchen for self-catering. Small area for parking. Battled to get out of parking area with a large vehicle.
