Great location and well accommodating fir the whole family.
Our chalet had a very bad odour that was prominent as soon as you walked in. It was present in every room and did not disappear even after opening all windows and doors. Bathroom also required a good deep cleaning. We booked two chalets and had no issues at the other one. We are planning our next trip there and will be sure to request this .

The owners and staff were amazing - very helpful and friendly. Even when one of our group could not complete the river rafting Sebastian made a plan. Thank you. The food was excellent and good value for money and the restaurant very pleasant.
Some of the chalets had the toilet outside the room. They were very close and still private - but very cold to go out to at night.

The food at dinner was very nice except for the flies and bugs around whole time I suggest some kind of net or someone at the restaurant area
