Of all hotels we stayed in Namibia, this is by far the best as the bed is extremely comfortable to sleep on and the room is very cozy too. The staff here is very friendly and the food is amazing (buffet style for both breakfast and dinner). We saw a lot of stars and milky way band here as well, just slightly outside the entrance of the lodge. Definitely recommend travelers to stay here if you are here to see Fish River Canyon as it's around 20min drive from the canyon to the lodge.
The carpet in the room has a few spikey seeds/plants so we don't recommend walking around the room barefooted. Also, compared to other Gondwana lodges near Fish River Canyon, this lodge is the furthest from other 2 lodges and we almost got lost as well as the signage to the lodge is a bit small.
