Incredible open air baths, great views. Food was good, service also amazing. They were very accommodating even with my limited Japanese.
The location is in proximity to a lot of beautiful nature, but if you’re used to traveling in Japan by train, reaching things around Inawashiro is much more difficult. Ride share apps don’t work, and there is just the taxi company, although it was quite reliable. Probably best to stay on site or use a car.

部屋に入ったら移動しなくて良いところ。90歳の母との旅行ですので、食事も部屋食ですし、お風呂も露天風呂が付いてますし、最高でした。
夏でも、水風呂がついているので、良いかもしれません。
見当たりませんでした。私の中で、最高ランクです。

広い露天風呂にいつでも入れて言うことなしです。お湯の温度も丁度良かったです。露天から見る日の出は最高でした。小さな子供にたいしても浮き袋等用意して貰って有り難かったです。
食事は朝ご飯の時に出た鮭が少しパサパサしてて味が無かった。多分魚のつみれだと思うけどもモソモソしてて食べにくかったです。
それ以外は美味しく頂きました。
