The property was beautiful and very clean. The food in most of the restaurants was excellent. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. 99.9% of the staff were very friendly and professional
Housekeeping was the place where they really fell down. We had two people in the room and they kept only leaving us one coffee cup, and failing to replenish the coffee and condiments. Some staff gave us wrong information.

Despite the very large size, the hotel is very welcoming and the sight and gardens are fantastic. Food is average but very abundant

The property is large and away from nature. Staff is not very costumer service focused likely due to volume of guests.
