Casa Sueca is the ultimate retreat for large groups, comfortably welcoming up to 22 guests in one of Tamarindo's most beautiful and sought-after residential settings. Only a gentle natural path separates the property from the beach, making the ocean feel like a natural extension of your stay.

The tropical garden is your sanctuary: lounge by the pool, fire up the BBQ, and let the sounds of nature set the pace of your days. Upstairs, sea views shimmer through the canopy, opening up magnificently.



🪸 The Apartments 

Casa Sueca comprises 5 fully independent apartments, each with its own private terrace and entry door. Every unit features tropical-style décor, solid wooden furniture, air conditioning, flat-screen cable TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen — everything you need to feel at home.

Ground floor — 3 studios (up to 13 guests)

· Studio 1 — 2 queen beds + 1 sofa bed

· Studio 2 — 2 queen beds + 1 sofa bed

· Studio 3 — 1 queen bed + 1 sofa bed

Second floor — 2 apartments (up to 9 guests

· 1-bed apartment — king-size bed + sofa bed in living room

· 2-bed apartment — king-size bed in master + 2 queen beds in 2nd room

Nestled in Playa Langosta, Tamarindo's most upscale neighborhood, Casa Sueca is literally located behind the ocean. There is just a short walking path to get to the beach. The place is very quiet and surrounded by a luxuriant tropical garden. It is only 5 minutes walking distance from the center of Tamarindo.

Wildlife Observation : From the terrace or while strolling along the white sand shore bordering few steps to Casa Sueca, keep an eye out for howler monkeys moving through the treetops, iguanas sunning themselves on the rocks, pelicans diving for fish, and parrots flying overhead.

For the security and comfort of all our guests, any external providers entering the gated community and visiting or working at the villa must be booked exclusively through our concierge team, even if hand-picked by the guests, to ensure a seamless experience.
