The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. During our visit the weather was really hot, and the air conditioner take some time to make the room cool. We asked for a stand fan, and they provided it for free. The location was convenient, but the facilities was quite old and need some improvement.

The room is spacious and value for money. Location is quiet and has a jogging track and the lake you can fish.
However highly recommend that the management do the upkeep of minor maintenance such as repair the main door bolt, the interconnected door bolt to prevent unauthorised intrusion from other room and toilet cistern cover.

The only credit I could give is the receptionist named Shah is very helpful and polite. Then, the room is spacious.
The drawbacks are 1. CLEANLINESS Not only I could find lizard poop all over the bedroom floor, bathroom floor, sofa, side tables, tables and curtain, the most disgusting was lizard poops scatttered all over bedsheet, pillow cases and blanket. Since we were in an emergency and time is precious, I could only ignore and avoid the poops while landing on the bed.
2. LIGHT - At night, the surrounding was very dark and gloomy that driving was hard. There were lights but too dimmed and too downlighted.
3. SLIPPERY BATHROOM FLOOR - Very dangerous for my old parents. I had to wash the floor before use as it feels like they leave the floor detergent on floor unrinsed.
4. EXPENSIVE - I paid RM245 for quad room and RM135 for double room
My advice is please avoid this resort at any cost
