Bilik kecil & tuala pun yg dah koyak dibaginya.. Staff tdo tengah malam.. Pintu bwh dahlah kunci.. Tekan loceng, call & jerit panggil pun tak dapat. Ada client lain yg dah booking terpaksa tggu hampir 1 jam kat bwh.. Mmg not recommended 👎

I stayed in Room 22. Room old but clean. But bed is a bit too hard for my liking. New and very cold aircon. Toilet brand new. Everything shiny. Well recommended.

saya datang pukul 1140 malam, terus receptionist (bangla) said tak boleh check in sebab dah lepas pukul 10mlm. tidak diletakkan syarat semasa booking, sepatutnya bagitau awal sebelum booking. trick ni sangat tidak berpuas hati. booking 2 bilik, cakap bilik tak ada, lepastu nak bagi 1 bilik 3 katil. lepas argue baru dapat 2bilik. ntah apa apa. sengaja besarkan benda kecil.
