Bilik kecil & tuala pun yg dah koyak dibaginya.. Staff tdo tengah malam.. Pintu bwh dahlah kunci.. Tekan loceng, call & jerit panggil pun tak dapat. Ada client lain yg dah booking terpaksa tggu hampir 1 jam kat bwh.. Mmg not recommended 👎

I stayed in Room 22. Room old but clean. But bed is a bit too hard for my liking. New and very cold aircon. Toilet brand new. Everything shiny. Well recommended.

I did quick book right after land malaysia from long flight and straight away call and try reach by phone call. 5 times. The no appear at website was not updated.
Ya im not read the cek in closed at 10 pm but the bangla staff call really unmanner. He thinks that we are beggar that sleep at the hotel for free.
So rude and not talking nicely. Recite al quran too loud not thinking guest wanna sleep and rest. Not welcoming and respect guest.
We are check out at 8am still the hotel in darkness. 7 times ring bell and the bangla staff appear with sleepy face.
Arrogant face during deal with us. As receptionist shall be welcome guest with smile face. If not doing good just resign from the work. Disgusting.
I think this is first hotel i did very bad reviews.
