Property was excellent, facilities were good, everything was clean and tidy. Location is excellent with transport links close by. Overall a very pleasant property which we would stay at again.
Entry was at 5 pm which is very late. I thought I had agreement to arrive earlier as we had been travelling all day but property wasn't ready and communication could have been a little better. Issue was resolved quickly though, and we gained access so all good but a little stressful.

The place had everything we need , was close to tube about a 10 minute walk and 2 minutes walk to bus , it’s secure and easy to get into
Carpets were a little dirty , and host was a little slow with answering messages , and sink drain is clogged as water took ages to go down , minor stuff not too big of a problem . Would still come back

Quando ho lasciato la struttura ho dimenticato di prendere una somma che avevo messo nel cassetto .
Ho provato a farmela restituire ma lo staff delle pulizie ha negato che ci fosse .
Il proprietario ha detto di non essere a Londra e ha detto che lo staff di pulizia era esterno.
Poca affidabilità nello staff
