The house is situated right in the Old city in 2 minutes frome the parking lot. So with not really heavy luggage it's pretty accessible to go there on foot. But if there is a need to get inside the city by car you can ask a host about it, so you'll have some time to get settled. The room is as depicted. It's cozy, neat, designed in a style that aligned with overal soul of Nessebar. It was a joy to wake up in really comfy bed from the buz of seagulls. There is a nice option to make a barbeque on the well organized courtyard. We diidn't use it, but I belive that a lot of guests could enjoyit. I really apreciate our room was ready for a check-in even earlier than stated. Thank you to the friendly team for so nice experience.

There was no place to put my toiletry bag in the bathroom. It's not a big problem but a way to make this room better. And also I was confused with an obligation to pay an additional many as taxes for a stay. This is a question of the few coins but still it confused us. Why wasn't it included in price instead of paying it on the site. Overall this is more a kind of nitpicking then describing any problems. The room is really nice.

Локацията , хотела е реновиран, чисто е . Баните са широки и удобни. Без забележки в това отношение. Бърза комуникация с хоста. Много спокойно , удобно и приятно.

Престоя в стаята на 1вия етаж не ми хареса много. Сутрин се усещаше миризма на пържени филии от съседното заведение. Имаше куче , мисля че на камериерката, което наруши спокойствието в късните часове на нощта.

Lovely, airy spacious bedrooms with a fridge. Very clean. Quaint court yard and fab location.

Mattress a little hard, but may be personal preference.

Property is in great location, renovated and cozy, has backyard with huge table if you want to chill.

We rented three apartments, one was extremely small, another room had weird smell and third one no bathroom. The most uncomfortable room was one for three people, which had leather couch and no bathroom in the room, to reach bathroom you need to go through public space, even though it’s says private bathroom, you still need to leave room and while someone is making coffee you pass in your bath towel, this room was far far away from ‘Deluxe’ room.
