What a beautifully decorated room with all of the amenities you would need and a fantastic location in the old-town which is exactly what we were looking for for our last night at the Black Sea. Spotlessly clean and decorated with love and care with extra pillows and warmer blankets if needed. We had a little balcony for ourselves and also access to the most gorgeous garden with lovely and comfy furniture, so that you can chill and read a book or have something to eat, before going to your room. The room is quite big and as said, very clean and very comfy. We arrived very early, way before check-in and they ensured that someone was there to meet us and that we could leave all of our bags there and take the key while the room was being cleaned, spic and span. That way we could go to the beach and enjoy a much longer day without having to leave our luggage in the car! Perfect location

Любезно отношение по телефона, изключително чисто, подредено, уютно, стилно, направено без грам кич. Толкова ни беше уютно, че едва излязохме навън да се разхождаме. Климатика и телевизора работиха перфектно. Леглото беше страшно удобно. Локацията беше супер и сякаш бях извън България, някъде в някое малко романтично градче в Италия в малка автентична къща. Малко са така добре запазените къщи като тази. Вижда се, че е мислена с много любов и усет към детайла. Минималистичен и изчистен интериор с мисъл към клиентите.

Снимката не отговаряше на тази, която ми излизаше каро резервирах, но въпреки, че стаята беше по-малка беше със супер гледка към другите къщи, както и чиста и уютна. Когато резервирах ми липсваха снимки от гледките през прозорците в различните стаи, но въпреки това се радвам, че резервирах. Хладилника беше празен, а ни се искаше да има нещо малко сладко или напитка, но въпреки всичките изброени фактори не съм и мечтала за по-хубаво място в Несебър и със сигурност ще повторим пак.

Ein Guesthouse ist kein Hotel. Das muss einem bewusst sein. Für uns war es aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Property is in great location, renovated and cozy, has backyard with huge table if you want to chill.

We rented three apartments, one was extremely small, another room had weird smell and third one no bathroom. The most uncomfortable room was one for three people, which had leather couch and no bathroom in the room, to reach bathroom you need to go through public space, even though it’s says private bathroom, you still need to leave room and while someone is making coffee you pass in your bath towel, this room was far far away from ‘Deluxe’ room.
