The bed was amazingly comfortable , lovely annex ,lovely host and lovely location.
The only thing was abit far out frim paignton but is a lovely place would still go back and stay again .

Friendly welcome, really comfortable accommodation and we felt that it was very thoughtfully kitted out with as much as possible to make our stay enjoyable. We especially loved the private seating area in the beautiful front garden!

A very well equipped and comfortable property in a quiet location. Exceptionally well placed for access to a lovely beach, the South West Coast path and other attractions.

Ease of parking, quite surroundings, excellent walk-in shower with good extraction fan. Good microwave, lounge/kitchenette television (although it was irritating as it wasn’t hung level 1 degree is a lot for a large screen) comfortable bed.
Had to do the washing up next to the toilet in the bathroom, no cooking hob, table top fridge (on the floor) too small, utilisation of fitted bedroom furniture in lounge/kitchenette. Unfortunately light weight sliding door to bathroom jammed shut with one us trapped inside, this was dealt with a temporary curtain hung and we had to shut other doors to bedroom and lounge in order to gain a little privacy.
