- The apartment looks nice and has one double bed and two single sofa beds. - The bathroom is nice and clean, with a large shower cabin.

- The listing does not mention how difficult it is to find parking. It says that parking spaces are available, but my experience was very different. One evening — admittedly, it was Saturday — it took me an hour and a half to find a parking spot, and it was about a 40-minute walk from the apartment. On the second and third evenings, I found a parking spot after approximately 20–30 minutes, and on the fourth evening, it took about an hour. Although parking is technically free at night in the blue-marked spaces, there are some shady parking attendants who ask for €5–10 to let you park in public spaces. The whole parking situation was a nightmare. I would definitely avoid this location if you are coming by car. Without a car, however, the location is fine and quite central. - Although the owner is generally nice and helpful, when I called him in desperation to ask about parking, he told me that parking was not his responsibility and admitted that it was indeed very difficult to find a spot. The private parking garages were also constantly full — I couldn't find a space there on any of the four nights, even though I was willing to pay the €20 per night. - Therefore, in my opinion, the listing should clearly state that there is no reliable parking available, rather than suggesting that parking is available. If I had known about the parking situation beforehand, I definitely would not have chosen this property. - Regarding breakfast, calling it “breakfast” is a bit of a stretch. We were given one bottle of milk for four days, plenty of yogurts, some awful biscuits, and very low-quality croissants, among other things. Overall, the breakfast was extremely basic and disappointing. - As for the apartment’s amenities, they were also very, very poor. There were only three forks available, one garbage bag along with just a few other basic items. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement, especially for guests who are planning to cook in the apartment.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und rustikal bzw. antik eingerichtet, was sehr ansprechend ist. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Dusche ist ebenfalls relativ groß. Es wurden uns genialerweise relativ viele Vorschläge für Unternehmungen bzw. Lokale übermittelt.

Die Parkplatz-Situation war bei Ankunft um die Mittagszeit etwas problematisch. Das Gepäck ins Zimmer zu bringen ist etwas mühsam.
