Related to neighbourhood/location (not to the inside of the apartment): extremely noisy outside (there is a billiards place open till late on the corner in front of apartment, with people shouting all day and with loud music. I happened to be there at the time of monthly scheduled night street cleaning: this takes place after midnight and is extremely noisy, also influences where the car can be parked on the street on specific dates

La zona è molto popolata ed è assolutamente sprovvista di parcheggi sufficienti, ho girato anche mezz'ora per trovare parcheggio tra l'altro lontano dall'abitazione. Inoltre c'è stato un problema con l'erogazione dell'acqua e volevano fare aggiustare il problema a me, senza mandarmi personale, poi pero lo hanno mandato. Inoltre non è specificato che il palazzo è sprovvisto di ascensore e l'appartamento si trova al primo piano con gradini enormi. Inoltre non ho mai visto di persona il proprietario
