Very decent host, clean, big space
The entrance system is frustrating (1.5 hours to enter).

The location is great. The host is very responsive and polite as well as very professional. All requests have been addressed properly by the host who was very helpful. Very resort is great for families. The property is as described on Booking.com. Everyone was happy.
It is not related to the property, but it is related to the administrative team at the gate. There was a delay in finishing paperwork, which was outside host control. The office where the bracelets are provided was very crowded and the stuff working there was not so professional. But overall, this did not affect the overall great experience in Dimora Beach.
