    The hotel is clean and well maintained. Parking is available. The location is very close to the railway station and bus stand. Staff were helpfull amd responsive. Restaurant serves good food but service need to be faster.. Generally a positive experience, apart from the telephone being non functional which was a small drawback that kept the experience from being exceptional.

    Rating: 1/5 I was very disappointed with my stay. After checking in, I found that there was no running water in the bathroom. The hotel informed me that it was a technical problem affecting all rooms and said they could only provide water in buckets. This is a basic facility that every guest expects, and I believe guests should be informed before check-in if such a major issue exists. The staff were polite, but the lack of running water made the stay very inconvenient.
