    Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The metro station is right next to the hotel, which made travelling around the city very convenient. The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating. One area for improvement would be the sewage smell coming from the sink area. In addition, my room did not have a refrigerator, and I noticed that some other rooms seemed to be without one as well. Future guests who require a fridge may wish to confirm its availability before booking.

    Clean place and friendly staff with a nice view. The metro station and bus stop are just a few metres down the street. Free laundry services with detergent provided; they even provide special detergent for delicates, if desired. Provides free-flow bottled water. The only minor issue is that the taxi drop-off is a bit inconvenient, such that you might be dropped off in the road opposite the hotel, if the Didi driver is too lazy to make a U-turn to drop you off at the hotel. Otherwise, fantastic service; the receptionist staff found all my delivery parcels swiftly too! Relatively new, lobby looks classy, hairdryer was great.

    The room was comfy with and meet my needs. The hotel generally offers privacy and is good for those looking for a quiet time. Located right beside a metro station, it was convenient to get to most places.

    I have been to quite a number of hotels in Southern China. This Hotel may not have the bells and whistles of Premium Hotels. The reception is very friendly during check-in. The whole process is very comfortable like Home. It may not have the corporate feel but it feels like talking to friends. Room price is value for money. Usually I will take breakfast in the Hotel to start my day. This time round this Hotel comes with Free of charge for Supper. Breakfast is quite basic. Mainly 70% Chinese BF and 30% ABF. The room is clean and comfortable. 65" inch tv and King Size bed. Bottled water is supplied free of charge. There are no sales traps with chargeable bottled water. The bottled water brand is NongFu. The usual brand that I always purchase in convenience store. You can always request for more. Hot shower and air-conditioning is available. They will send your online takeaways with a Little Robot to your door step. When it's overwhelmed, the reception will personally send the food hot to your room. I have never seen such prompt service. Miss Duo Er from reception is very courteous and friendly. Seen her numerous times rushing to send the takeaway food to the rooms. Such enthusiasm. Hardly seen in Hotels. If you want a cosy, comfortable and homely stay. This is the hotel. Free Flow of hot tea, fruit tea and coffee at the lobby all day. The location is fantastic. 5mins to the Metro. Long street full of restaurants. Safe environment. I am not a paid reviewer. I am really very pleased with this Hotel service.
