Posizione ottima. Risoluzione dei problemi riscontrati velocissimi. L'host Raffaele gentilissimo e super premuroso nel risolvere i problemi che sono stati riscontrati offrendo alternative ottimali.

Η τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο με τα πόδια. Καθαρό, ευρύχωρο, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενικός. Το συστήνω.

Couldn’t recommend this apartment more to travellers visiting Bologna. Super comfy bed and everything you could need in the flat. Bathroom is gorgeous with an amazing bath tub. Check in was super easy. It’s in an excellent location, easy to find.

Not much natural light so make sure you set an alarm or you will sleep through with it being so dark! It’s hard to think of anything bad about this property.

Appartamento moderno, pulito. Ottima posizione per chi deve frequentare l’università.

Nell’appartamento c’era un po’ di odore di chiuso ma è dovuto dal fatto che ci sono 2 finestre piccolissime (1 in bagno e 1 dentro all’armadio) che danno sul cortile interno e 1 finestra grande che si affaccia sulla cucina di un ristorante. Un altro problema che abbiamo riscontrato e che accade ogni qual volta che alloggiamo in questa struttura è il freddo al nostro arrivo. Nonostante fosse stato comunicato l’orario di arrivo, l’appartamento aveva il riscaldamento spento. Abbiamo cercato di accenderlo seguendo le istruzioni forniteci, ma solo dopo qualche ora ci siamo rese conto che la caldaia era spenta e quindi siamo rimaste al freddo per diverse ore.
