Location is great, walking distance from centre of Protaras (12min walk to Fig Tree bay and 15min to start of the pedestrian street Protaras). Also walking distance from a local kiosk (mini market) 5 min. The complex has 2 pools which makes it easy to find a place around the pool when needed. The apartment was crystal clean, Lukas was excellent in all communications and assistance. Also great evening/night view although not sea view still green mountains and city lights give a nice cosy atmosphere.

Everything was great. The price could be a bit cheaper for not being detached appartment with its own pool. These prices are usually asked by detached houses. Nevertheless very nice.

Really wonderful, clean, well-equipped flat in a well-maintained building with a communal pool. We are from Cyprus, and very familiar with the area, and we specifically chose it for the location, as you are only a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the main street in Protaras, without having to deal with the crowds and the noise when you don't want to. So it's basically the best of both worlds. The flat has easy access to a beach as well as the seaside pedestrian walk- great if you are into walking by the sea like I am. My teenage daughters enjoyed the easy access to venture out independently in the evenings. The flat in itself is very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was basically home from home. The host was very kind and was checking on us periodically to make sure everything was fine. Also it was excellent value for money. I really recommend this property- you can book with confidence 😎👍🏻

המיקום טוב. לנו היה רכב שכור אז לא היתה בעיה לנסוע לחופים ולמדרחוב ומסעדות. הדירה יפה, מצוידת, נקיה. הבריכה מקסימה וצופה לים. המקום נגיש עם מעליות. לא פגשנו את הצוות, אבל המנהל היה מאוד נחמד וזמין מאוד להודעות ושאלות בואטס אפ, סייע בכל מה ששאלנו והציע מיוזמתו מקומות בילוי.

לא שמנו לב כשביצענו הזמנה שהדירה שהזמנו היא ללא נוף לים, זו טעות שלנו ולא טעות בפרסום. המזרנים במיטות יחיד היו לא נוחים. למי שזה חשוב כדאי לדעת שאין שירות ניקיון והחלפת מגבות בזמן השהות והיה רק גליל נייר טואלט אחד בכל שירותים, מה שלא מספיק לשבוע שהייה...אפשר לקנות בחנות קרובה.

So, it’s a great option for this money and just a perfect location. A clean pool with a sea view. The apartment had everything that you needed. Thank you very much.

It's more like an extra option, which you can often find in Cyprus - there was no coffee machine, but there is a Zorbas nearby :) Perhaps the sofa needs to be cleaned better, since on white leather everything is very noticeable, but these are minor details)
