An old rustic farmhouse on a quiet lane above Paciano. Totally relaxing stay.

The lovely old farmhouse is in a quiet and peaceful location just above Paciano which is a peaceful typical Italian village with great restaurants. Alice and Giacomo are lovely people. Alice lives nearby and was very helpful answering questions and giving us ideas of places to visit. The farmhouse overlooks Lake Trasimeno across olive groves. Its a good location to visit southern Tuscany and Umbria. Guaranteed a good nights sleep in the very comfortable beds.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in a secluded, peaceful and beautiful setting. Lovely hosts

It’s a delightful, rustic and spacious property with mature walnut trees and surrounded by olive groves. Secluded on a hillside with a northerly view over Lake Trasimeno in the distance, it’s very peaceful via a short stone lane from the amenities in Paciano and Panicale. The kitchen is well equipped with every utensil recessary, spacious and opens up to the garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the afternoon and evening sunshine. The garden has plenty of shade and the house is cool even in the summer heat. For the winter months, the two open fireplaces in the dining room and living room would be most enjoyable. Great for families or group of friends

Tutto meraviglioso!!! Dalla location unica e accogliente, alla professionalità e gentilezza del host. Direi che meglio non potevamo desiderare. Poi fare un bagno nella jacuzzi illuminata nella notte è veramente una sensazione unica.

Außergewöhnlich

Leslie war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Sie brachte uns zur Villa und zeigte uns alles - sehr unkompliziert und mit viel Herz und Charme! Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich und hat Charme. Die Betten sind sehr gut und es gibt viel Platz, sowohl im Haus als auch im wunderschön angelegten Garten mit Jacuzzi und tollen alten Ölbäumen. Paciano ist ein schmuckes und sehr sauberes Örtchen. Außerdem haben wir tolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht - Perugia, Lago Trasimento, Assisi, Cascia und sogar Rom.

Die Mücken sind leider überall im Sommer - im Haus gibt es aber Mückengitter und entsprechende Stecker.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo,la villa gode di un’ottima posizione ideale per un completo relax…fornita veramente di tutto,dai prodotti per cucinare ai prodotti delle pulizie (comprese pastiglie per lavastoviglie),asciugamani sia per bagno che piscina e saponi vari per igiene personale.Inoltre abbiamo trovato una bella libreria,giochi da tavolo sia per bimbi che per adulti …la vasca idromassaggio all’esterno è fantastica!
