Nothing really. There is a set of stairs leading up to the main floor, something to note when you carry heavy luggage or have mobility issues. But the place is a gem

Having stayed here before we liked the addition of beach chairs and beach towels. The towels were great for people travelling light. Having a garage is a luxury in Pollença. The property is super clean.
We’d have liked some loungers on the terrace. Eight chairs for a one bedroom property is unnecessary. Better tv. No English Channels , such things are a must in the winter.

Die Wohnung war in einer Top Lage. Fußläufig zur Stadt in der Nähe ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Garage war auch perfekt bei den Temperaturen um das Auto kühl zu halten.
Leider war das Bett für meine Bedürfnisse zu weich so dass ich kaum geschlafen habe. Auch das nur 1 Klopapier Rolle, und für die Spülmaschine nur 2 Tabs für 10 Tage gestellt wurden war für den Preis den man bezahlt etwas wenig.
