Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Einrichtung richtig schön und geschmackvoll. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Schlüsselübergabe war einfach. Der gesicherte Parkplatz war super praktisch und schnell zu erreichen.
Das Bett war sehr weich. Und Cocoonr hat viele Mails geschrieben und war sehr bemüht. Ich kann aber im Urlaub absichtlich keine E-mails empfangen.

Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in der Strasse, Zentrum in Laufweite, unkomplizierter Zugang, Ladezone vor der Tür zum Be- und Entladen, gesicherter Parkplatz in der Nähe. Leihfahrräder vor der Tür.
Wir waren vor einem Jahr schon einmal in dieser Wohnung - und siehe da: Der in den Bewertungen viel kritisierte Flur im Erdgeschoss ist renoviert und hell beleuchtet!
Das Sofa (Foto) sollte dringend neu bezogen oder gleich ausgetauscht werden. Die Spülmaschine muss immer noch festgeschraubt werden (das ist gemeingefährlich, wenn man das nicht weiß), weil sie nach vorne kippt und das Sieb gehört auch gereinigt. Mehr Besteck (Messer) wären hilfreich.
Das Gebäude ist hellhörig und es wäre toll, wenn die Gäste in der ebenfalls von Cocoonr.fr vermieteten Wohnung obendrüber nicht nach Mitternacht noch Wäsche waschen oder Steptanz a la Fred Astaire im Wohnzimmer veranstalten würden. Hier wäre ein Verbot oder mindestens ein Hinweis des Vermieters im Sinne eines geruhsameren Schlafes sehr wünschenswert!!!

C’est l’endroit idéal pour une visite de Nancy, découverte de la ville à pied, stationnement proche de l’appartement.
Le bruit de la circulation, l’escalier très étroit.
