This is a first-rate option for Nancy, which is a great town to hang out in. The location is terrific -- just opening the front door takes you onto a lively street with numerous grocery and eating/drinking options. The well-known Ch'timi bar is just down the road and around the corner; you're about ten minutes' walk from the heart of the city at Place Stanislas. The apartment itself is set in an interior space, which keeps things very quiet. It's spacious and comfortable, with full kitchen, living room, and bedroom. In the bathroom (inside the closet by the shower) there's a washing machine, which was a real plus after quite a few days of hand-washing. Communication with the hosts (whom I never met in person) was fine; you collect the key from a box around the corner from the apartment -- they provide full details (code etc.) on the day of your arrival. Good and stable wifi, plus Netflix on the TV. Highly recommended.

If you're very tall, be aware that the apartment doorway is not -- watch your head!
