De ligging is perfect in het centrum, net basis appartementje.
Er hing binnen een behoorlijke rioollucht. Het was erg warm binnen en erg gehorig. Van uitgebreide douchecabine deed alleen de handdouche het helaas. De wasbak in de badkamer bij tandenpoetsen klein en door de plank erboven niet handig.
