Stylish CBD apt in prime location w Balcony#TF25

Great location, walking distance to Southern Cross Station and Coles and many eateries nearby. Apartment floor was high enough so no noise was heard from the roads and streets. We liked the indoor heated pool which was very useful for winter, although the pool area could have been better maintained / saw a diaper on 1 of the chairs.

The bed was too soft for both my mother and my backs to sleep, and the centre of the bed was sinking in. It would have been much better if there was a sofa bed option available in the living room. Had a small hiccup collecting the apartment keys during check in as the cleaner had reset the password to the wrong digits. It would also have been nice to know upfront that an early check in was not available so that I would not have to keep checking my inbox for updates. (We saw the cleaner going up at 2pm, before our check in time of 3pm).

Good location - close to tram stops. Downstairs there are restaurants and an Asian grocer (slightly expensive but good for quick purchases). Otherwise Cole’s is less than a 5 min walk away from the Asian grocer.

It is up on the 25th floor - during busy times it might be a bit of a wait for the elevator.
