The apartment was generally nice and matched the price range — not a wow experience, but not the worst either. A solid middle option for budget travelers. Positives: the apartment was spacious, and the cleaning service was excellent. However, the furniture was quite old, and the balcony was dirty, which took away from the overall comfort. The location was convenient.
A major issue occurred the night before check-out — the electricity went off at 3:30 AM and stayed out for around 30 minutes. I had to contact the security (Abdou) myself to recharge it. This kind of issue is unacceptable for a rental apartment, and no proper compensation was offered. I only received an apology the next morning. I also requested a late check-out, but they came knocking at 11:55 AM and rang the bill, even though check-out time is officially at 12:00 PM.
