From the moment I made the booking, the staff were very proactive and helpful, providing all the information I needed, including the property location, nearby restaurants, food delivery options, landmarks, transportation, and more. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the host, Mohammad, who showed us around the property and explained everything in detail. The check-in process was exceptionally smooth, pleasant, and well organized. The location is excellent, with easy access to many of Cairo’s major attractions, as well as numerous restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. The property also felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cairo.

The only downside was that there was occasionally loud music coming from a neighboring building, sometimes continuing until around 6:00 a.m., which could be disruptive at night. Additionally, while the property was generally comfortable, the cleanliness could be improved and would benefit from more attention to detail.

Our hosts were very helpful and available when we needed them. The apartment was a good size for four people. It was close to a supermarket and a short ride to the Nile.

The apartment building was a bit rundown and dirty. The bed we slept in was not that comfortable and the shower in the second bathroom is not enclosed (there is a shower hose on the wall and you let the water run/drain on the floor) so we shared the one in the master bedroom. The kitchen was functional but the oven didn’t seem to work. If you are looking for a decent place at a good value then it was fine and suited our needs.
