When I contacted the team via WhatsApp about the difficulties at reception they were immediately there to help us and very friendly. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the most beautiful sea view over the harbour. The washing machine and clothes drying rail were a great bonus for us! The location was great. Just a short walk to the jetty to the islands, a few lovely breakfast cafes and some bars in the evening. There is also a shop on the bottom floor of the building that was very useful to get essentials.

The general staff at reception were awful. So unhelpful. They just passed us around and no one took accountability to help us. One man could barely take the time to look up from his phone to register us into the building. The lifts take a very very long time to get anywhere. After staying in apartments all over Malaysia these were by far the worst. They put you off going anywhere as you would have to wait so long for a lift then often have to squeeze in with a lot of people. The pool was filthy, most likely due to lots of people in the pool fully clothed. When you were in it you couldn’t see your feet the water was that dirty. There was only a few beds around the pool so very difficult to get one. Pool towels were not provided. The pool was often very overcrowded whatever time of day you went. The apartment could be improved by having something to get filtered drinking water.

The view was fantastic! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats. The suite was clean, well-equipped (hairdryer, cutlery, glasses, bean bags to chill on etc). Pool was good and although we sometimes had to wait for a lift, it really wasn’t too bad at all. We really enjoyed our stay.

The bed was extremely hard - which I know some ppl may like, but we found it quite uncomfortable. There also wasn’t a drying rack to dry your clothes despite there being a washing machine.

Room - clean, high floor, sea view & overall worth it! (Got slipper & hand soap) - extra point for us. Check in process is smooth and staff helpful. Balcony - for fresh air and enjoying wonderful sea view. Parking - easy Walking distance to Seafood / Durian / Suria Sabah / Centerpoint.

Long que - waiting time for lift to go up and down - please avoid peak hours.

Spacious room with ocean views. Comfortable big bed.

Busy building with not enough lifts. The windows leaked rain water onto the floor. Substandard bathroom facilities.
