The unit had lots of usable space. It looks much as it does in the listing photos. The location is awesome: across the beach from the wonderful Eagle Beach (see photos), walking distance to very good restaurants (checkout the Chef's Table and Las Ramblas), easy drive to groceries and other beaches.
The grounds were really beautiful and well maintained (see the sunset photo of one of the pools). Our concierge was very responsive and helpful. Overall, we would recommend it for a small family or two couples.
The unit could use a deep cleaning of the grout and upholstery and the patio furniture is aging.
