Good position with sea view. Well equipped and clean. Nice welcome pack.
Pool was freezing. Estate could do with a gardener to keep the garden clear.
As a chef I work to a very tight triangle. Sink-stove-fridge. Took me a while to get used to the layout.

The location of this property was excellent being a short walk to beach. From the photos I was expecting this BnB to be a little more 'upmarket'. It was showing signs of wear and tear. We did need to clean some areas such as cutlery drawers and fridge, and when this was mentioned to the host, he said he would have sent a cleaner around to do it if it wasn't up to scratch.

The location was amazing - sunsets from our verandah were spectacular! Good space and had everything one needs for 10 days at the beach. We had lovely walks down past Trigg every day and easy access to restaurants down the Scarborough drag!
The showers and drains did start to smell after a few days. We removed the curtain in the shower to wash it as it was moldy. The noise around this complex is pretty hectic - early morning gym people cut through the complex at 5am to the gym and back around 6 am to go for coffee at The Wave and are very loud.
