Localização, utilidade (máquina da loiça, máquina da roupa, estendal, boas ventoinhas).
Limpeza deixou a desejar (vários cabelos encontrados quando chegámos ao apartamento), apenas disponibilizaram 1 rolo de papel higiénico para toda a semana, qualidade dos estores muito fraca, ouve-se bastante barulho da rua.

Odklepanje vrat v stavbo in apartma preko aplikacije, neodzivnost upravitelja nastanitve na telefonske klice in WhatsApp. Lokacija je v mirnem naselju blokov ampak precej dislocirana od vsega (restavracij, trgovin, znamenitosti).

El piso es amplio y buena ubicación
Hay cosas por arreglar, las persianas de las ventanas rotas, entra la luz de día y noche. Paredes manchadas, los cojines de las sillas también. El cubo de la cocina tampoco funciona bien. Y el ruido, aunque sabíamos que está cerca de un puente y una avenida principal. Algunas luces del techo no funcionan. Y la puerta automática siempre tienes que llevar el móvil. A mí me gusta más unas llaves.
