Estaba totalmente reformado y tenía muy buena ubicacion, a 5' de la playa.
La verdad que nada,,lo único que no tiene ascensor pero es un primero. Es muy complicado aparcar, pero en Cádiz en general por lo que he visto es así..

Apartamento cómodo y mobiliario nuevo. Hemos dormido bien y a un paso de las paradas de bus para ir al centro. Lineas 2, 5, 7....hemos estado muy cómodos. No me importaría repetir. Detallazo cafes etc y cosas de limpieza (estropajo, bayeta nuevos)
Nada. Está cerca de una avenida peincipal, peeo las ventanas aislan perfectamente del ruido

la ubicación, inmejorable para lo que necesite el apartamento, el mobiliario en su conjunto y su distribución, la limpieza y el silencio
La falta de un ascensor o montacargas.... aunque solo es una planta subir o bajar maletas requiere estar "fuertote"
