Pierwsza i najważniejsza rzecz to odbiór i zdanie kluczy. Mieszkanie w fajnej lokalizacji, ale odległość od biura jest kpiną. Nie rozumiem jakim problemem jest zamontowanie skrzynki na kod. Godzina wymeldowania również jest przesadą. Oddanie kluczy do 10 przy takiej odległości od biura wymaga wyjścia z mieszkania maksymalnie o 9.30. Mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia. Kran w łazience się rozlatuje. Materac kanapy jest brudny. Zacieki na ścianie. Obtłuczone naczynia i ogólnie zużyte meble.
