Avoid Please. Serious Issues with Transparency
The apartment had a few positives: the location was fantastic, check-in was smooth, it looked like the photos, and the bed was comfortable.
The apartment was smaller than expected, but Ok, my expectations are not their fault.
The floor was full of sand — clearly not cleaned properly. There were no blinds or dark curtains, which made it incredibly difficult for our toddler to nap or sleep at night due to the constant brightness. It’s definitely not suitable for longer stays — the space is cramped, and it lacks basic comfort features.
But the biggest issue by far was the lack of honesty and professionalism when it came to pricing and communication. The amount shown on Booking.com was significantly lower than what we were actually charged. When I asked for an explanation, I was told it was due to currency conversion — but I travel often, and I’ve never encountered such a drastic and unexplained difference. It felt completely misleading.
On top of that, I was charged an additional amount for allegedly “not reporting” our dog. This is outrageous! In fact, my very first message to the property clearly stated that we were traveling with a small dog. When they later claimed I hadn’t informed them, I even sent them a screenshot of the message. Still, they ignored that and charged me anyway. To make matters worse, they sent me photos of a few dog hairs in the apartment as justification for the fee — despite the fact that we left the apartment clean and tidy. Yes, there may have been some pet hair left behind — we were traveling with a dog! If that’s unacceptable to them, then they should reconsider allowing pets at all, rather than using it as an excuse to add hidden fees.
It honestly felt like they were looking for any reason to squeeze more money out of us. The whole experience left a very bad taste. For the amount I paid in the end, I could have booked somewhere far more comfortable, transparent, and professionally run.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this property unless you care only about the location and are staying for one night — and even then, be extremely cautious.

Spotkała mnie bardzo przykra sytuacja , ponieważ zostałam nieuczciwie obciążona kwotą 230 zł za rzekome ubrudzenia kanapy do którego z naszej strony nie doszło, pokój nie został nam przekazany a ubrudzenia na zdjęciach przesłanych na maila wygląda jak odbarwienie na które nie zwróciłam uwagi wchodząc do pokoju . Zalecam wszystko dokładnie obejrzeć , porobić zdjęcia bo wygląda to na wyłudzanie pieniędzy od klientów.

Super miejsce blisko promenady i plaży.
Łanie urządzony pokój z balkonem, na balkonie krzesła i stolik. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i poduszki (nie lubię tych najtańszych z Ikei - tu były znacznie wygodniejsze). WYposażenie mieszkania takie, że niczego nam nie brakowało. Ważne dla nas, że jest winda - apartament na 3 piętrze. No i lokalizacja - bardzo blisko promenady, a więc można wieczorkiem pospacerować, posłuchać muzyki czy poparzeć na zachód słońca nad morzem.
Jeden drobiazg- o miejsce parkingowe trzeba zadbać samemu.

Dogodne położenie, blisko do morza, blisko do punktów gastronomicznych, wszelkich usług, w tym komunikacji miejskiej i taxi.
Pokój przyjemny, jasny, wygodny, pomimo niewielkich niedogodności, które łatwo można poprawić.
1.Remont elewacji w trakcie pobytu. Hałas wiertarki od godziny 8 rano.
2. Brak kosza do segregacji śmieci.
3. Słuchawka prysznica zamontowana zbyt wysoko, woda leje się na górną krawędź kabiny i poza nią na ścianę.
4. Brak w kabinie jakiejkolwiek półki lub koszyka na płyn do kąpieli lub szampon.
5. W szafie dla gości przechowywane są narzędzia i środki czystości.
6. Brak oświetlenia do czytania.
Uwagi te kieruję do właściciela, sugerując wprowadzenie niewielkich udogodnień, które pozwolą podnieść standard apartamentu i poprawić zadowolenie gości. Życzę powodzenia.
