All is super

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, which is equipped with all the necessities and very tastefully decorated. The location is convenient - not far from the centre and train station and there are bus stops, a cinema and supermarkets close by. We found it useful as a base to explore Cologne and Bonn which are both super easy and quick to get to by train. In the evenings we always looked forward to returning to the warm and cosy apartment!

Nice furniture, everything looks new and cool. Good conversation with the host / company owner.

We had a problem with the bedding. The cleaning lady had to come and she fixed it. That made it a bit unpleasant for us in the beginning. But, quickly fixed. The beddings in general could fit better, specially for the sofa bed. I would have also preferred that also the sofa bed is prepared when we arrive, because we didn’t want to use the couch to sit anyway. Also the automatic messages have been confusing. A check out mail before we even arrived. Also, I had all hands to do with a toddler and family members and I did not have the time to download something to communicate our check out time. That all made it not to the greates stay we ever had.

Ausstattung Ikea, aber geschmackvoll und mit großem Wohnbereich.

Parkplatz war in der Beschreibung drin, konnte aber nicht genutzt werden. Das kam in der Mail nach Buchung. Die Wohnung, Böden und besonders das Badezimmer waren wirklich dreckig. Es wurde an Tag 2 nachgereinigt und auch ein finanzielles Entgegenkommen eingeräumt. Es bleibt, dass die Wohnung so nicht übergeben hätte werden dürfen und das es sich nicht um Schmutz handelt, der sich lange angesammelt hatte.
