Apartment is suitable for two people not for 3. My husband had to use sofa which was small for sleeping. When I ran a water in the kitchen, then no water was running from the shower. Also was not able to make a coffee. Machine was working but not coffee pouring.

I had a great time at Catterick House! It was very tidy, comfortable, and had a lovely outlook. The hosts were very welcoming and the check-in process was simple. I would absolutely make another reservation!

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a short or long-term stay. There was indecent stains everywhere not worth the money at all for where it is and how small and unclean it is the photos are misleading and overall it was a bad experience

The apartment was clean and well decorated

I had my apartment changed the day before my arrival, the Parking spot was being used by somebody else, sky TV didn't work, coffee machine didn't work, bed needs replacing, speaker in the bathroom didn't work, front door was broken, the boiler in the room is attached to multiple flats and was extremely noisy and staff were unaware of my late check out so we're banging on the door at 10am (luckily I was already up)

Definitely my best place to stay in Rotherham

The location was very good for my purposes. Bus stops (X78 to Sheffield/Doncaster) are a few minutes' walk away and there is a Farmfoods near the bus stops, where you can get microwavable frozen food. The town centre, TESCO Extra and other shops are a 10-15 minute walk away. Having visited the area not frequently but regularly, I was surprised with all the facilities and cleanliness in the flat. This is not a hotel or B&B, but a normal flat in a building, with other people living in other rooms, but I heard very little noise from them during my stay. I didn't meet the host there, but communication via messages with him was friendly and prompt. Would love to stay here again!

None in particular. However, here is some advice for others; 1) When self checking-in, you should use the contactless key to open the front (main entrance) door. At first, I thought that the room door key would open both the front door and the room door like in the old-type flat, and struggled a bit for a while at the entrance. Silly me. 2) The Sky-box connected to the TV via HDMI was not working at first, but by unplugging the plug from the wall socket and plugging it back in, it started working alright. You can tell if it is working or not by the colour of the light on the front of the box: green means working, while orange means not working. When it turns green, make sure that it is connected to free Wi-Fi and that the source is set to 'HDMI1', not 'TV'. Then, you should be able to watch all channels, including BBC and ITV. 3) It might be helpful if there is an instruction about the two remotes, one for the TV and another for the Sky-box, but this is of course a very minor issue. 4) A little bit pricey for one person. Probably suitable for two (or more) people.
