I liked the location and amenities. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly

The unit needs updating. The beds were raggedy, linen dirty, patio furniture rusty, guest toilet seat brown, main suite toilet rocky and guest shower rusty and old. We had to ask for clean towels three times before receiving on day three. Asked for a set of four and only received four towels and one washcloth.

It was spacious and accommodating.

There was mold in the bathrooms. The kitchen trash can had a foul odor. We removed the trash bag and found rancid fluid and food particles. The lamp in the master bedroom didn’t work. There wasn’t a rod to hold the toilet paper. Wished there were curtains to keep the sun filtering in. This disturbed our ability to sleep. The washer has a broken piece missing from the agitator. We only had two towels,two washcloths,one makeup,one hand towel and a bath mat. We were informed that each bathroom room was supplied with four towels. Called to ask for two more towels since there were five of us. They said they would have housekeepers to bring them up. We never got them. Then finally the fire alarms went off! We checked the everything and called to report it. They said that maintenance would be there. The alarm continued and after several minutes they stopped. I called to informed them that the alarms had silenced. The lady states,” thanks for calling”. It would have been nice if someone would have called or came to informed us that it was a false alarm. There were two elevators that were out of service which made us wait thirty to forty minutes a few times.
