A link will be provided, upon booking, for you to pay this fee directly to Laketown Wharf. Individuals 12+ years old are required to wear a wristband. A $50 charge will be assessed for each missing or broken wristband upon checkout.
- All common areas and amenities like the pool, gym, front desk, elevators, etc. are managed by Laketown Wharf Resort. We do not have control over the working conditions of equipment, maintenance, or availability.
- All amenities, restaurants, etc. are subject to seasonal operation.
- Minimum Age to Book: 21
- No Smoking/Vaping
- No Pets
- No Parties, Unauthorized Guests or Events

Overall, it was a great location but the front desk needs training on the proper etiquette. Parking is 100 whether you are there 1 day or multiple days. It’s a one time fee.
