A deeply exhausting stay experience due to the management of the security deposit (RM300). Although the deposit had to be paid via direct bank transfer, the main issue was the severe lack of customer service communication: Broken Promises: Their staff explicitly promised in writing via WhatsApp that the deposit would be refunded within 24 hours post-checkout. However, once that timeframe passed, they shifted their stance and cited the 7-day policy instead. Constant Chasing: I had to push them repeatedly and issue warnings of formal action before my money was finally returned late at night. This back-and-forth refund process was extremely suspicious and stressful. I have no desire to deal with a company like this again, and I strongly advise future guests to be very cautious with their deposit.

The home was clean and we'll kept. Strategic place and a comfortable stay. The gym is well equipped for travelers passing by looking to have a quick workout. We got. A room that had a lookout to Penang Hill and since its Hari Raya, the fireworks were fully visible across Penang throughout the night. Would definitely return here.

Good location, easy to get a grab to travel around. Easy instructions for check ins, relatively clean and spacious enough for the 10 of us. Overall a very good stay!
