Spacious Two Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of Notting Hill

The location was perfect if you want to be near Portobello Road. Literally down the street from the mini-Dishoom, and still on a quiet street.

It was IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with the hosts. The phone number on the info they sent was unreachable either by phone or text or on WhatsApp, and the ONLY way to get a message to them was through Booking.com, which they did not look at promptly. There was a broken toilet seat, which meant that every time you sat on the toilet, you literally fell in, and none of us were large people. We FINALLY managed to get through to the host and told them (via email). They replied, "thank you for telling me," and only when we insisted that it was a real problem did they agreed to fix it, which they did. They need to be extremely attentive to the info they send to renters on how to reach them, and then be available when something is wrong. Just reaching owners through Booking.com is unacceptable. The key to get in the gate doesn't work, and it takes about 5 minutes each time to jiggle it into submission. Also, having to lock yourself in to a locked gate that doesn't reliably open, and then the door (which has a lock and does) feels like it could be a safety issue in any emergency. All of these things are fixable. The contact info needs to be updated, correct, and sent immediately. They need to pay attention to their emails and texts. A communication that something is broken needs to be answered with 'I'll be right there to fix it.' The gate issue and inability to open the gate MUST be fixed. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well located. If those things are fixed, I'd recommend more wholeheartedly.

The location was excellent.Right in the middle of Notting Hill.Its a lovely bright modern apartment.There is a Nespresso machine with capsules.Shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom.

The location was great. The house was very clean. It was close to the markets. The host answered all our questions clearly. I highly recommend it.

We chose to eat at home. So, I would have liked to have had more kitchen supplies. Still, there were plenty of supplies to meet all our needs. Other than that, we didn’t have any problems.

L’emplacement est parfait, proche du métro, beaucoup de restaurants et bistros à proximité. La déco est vraiment charmante et tout l’appartement est très bien équipé.

Les voisins du dessus étaient un peu bruyant tôt le matin, mais cela n’a en rien gâché notre séjour
