Overall, it was a very good experience. The property was good, comfortable, and well maintained, and overall everything was positive during our one-and-a-half-month stay.

One area for improvement is communication with the host. Since the booking is handled online, there was no direct contact option with the host. Having a direct communication link with the host would be helpful to address any issues or queries quickly and efficiently during the stay.

Everything was great, as per usual. Location, facilities etc was all fantastic. Even managed to use the kitchen this time.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the two bathrooms. Lifts were really quick. Appreciated how close Woolworths was to the accommodation.

It would have been good to have TVs in the bedrooms. Tried to go to Sky Lounge/gym/pool etc but key wouldn’t let us off on those floors. But none of these are a deal breaker.

I loved where it was located…. I loved that it was so close to Victorian Markets, the trams, Woolworths and a stack of Asian Restaurants

It looked nothing like its photos on Booking.Com…The apartment appeared to be spacious and a bit quirky and with colour…. Cosy in other words… It looked like we were in a different space…. The temperature was over 32c…… The temperature was stifling with the aircon not working….Also, there was only very basic utensils in the kitchen….. not even a teapot or coffee pot…. Let alone decent cooking pans… I had to buy aluminium trays to cook our vegetables in the oven.
