Everything was great and the location was central to everything we wanted to do.
Couch wasn't the most comfortable, but that's a small thing.

It was really nice once they cleaned it up .
I’m neutral with this Loft. I was texted only 2 hours before arrival, and when I got to the loft it was dirty and unprepared—you could tell it had not been cleaned after the prior guest. The bed wasn’t made, there was a towel left in the sink, and food was still in the refrigerator. It honestly felt like someone was still staying there.
I reached out right away, but it took about 20 minutes for the host to respond. His solution was to tell me I could cancel and try to book somewhere else even though I had booked this place months in advance (back in April for a July stay). Since This Loft charges upfront, the least that could’ve been done was to make sure the property was ready.
Because I had food with me for a family reunion and an early pickup at Sam’s the next morning, I ended up staying at a hotel with my mom and asked the host to refund that first night, which he did. However, when I called the next day to confirm if the place was finally ready, the assistant answered with an attitude, speaking as though the situation was somehow my fault.
Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
