Great location! Beautiful community, close to town, & we saw so many bears! So many things to do, great pizza place minutes away! Fully furnished, hot tub was perfect, games & pool for the kids were fantastic!
2 adults, 5 kids... the only down side to this stay was the fact that we didnt stay longer! Great place!

Clean and comfortable. The A/c had issues which we reported to the manager and the issue was resolved. I were credited for our lost time waiting on the plumber and the electrician. Onsite employee,Tina, saved the day with towels and trash bags and assistance contacting the manager.
The roads up and down the mountain! I had to use low gear and drive 10-15 mph, some/most roads were narrow without safety rails . Very scary for non hill/mountain people. Took 20 minutes to travel from the house to Gatlinburg, 5 mile drive and the bears showing unexpectedly

Perfect space for our trip. Loved the games that were supplied. Cabin was clean and stocked with everyhing we needed. Got to see plenty of bear on our way too and from the cabin. Also got to see a mom and cubs at the cabin the last day and another bear right as we were about to leave. Yes the drive to the cabin is steep and windy, but that’s what you should expect when staying in a mountain cabin!
