Appartamento molto bello ma necessita di manutenzione e cura dei dettagli. Qualche luce in più non farebbe male nella zona pranzo. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare.

Location and view where excellent

No water in the upstairs bathroom

The apartment is in a good location with a wonderful terrace and an excellent view. Coffee and water welcomed us, and I highly appreciate that after entering the apartment.

It is quite clean, but not flawless; all sorts of things could be seen in the corners and under the furniture. A big problem is that on Booking, it is listed as a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, but in reality, it is about two sleeping areas (one on the first level, the other in the loft/gallery) and those are not two rooms—the entire apartment is one single space. So, the apartment is recommended if you don't mind that everything is one space—it was important to us to have two separate rooms, and because of that, we paid more for the accommodation. If we had wanted to sleep in the same room, we would have taken a studio for much less money. The second biggest problem is communication. The company Zzzing is the rental intermediary, and you can search online what other users think about it. Unfortunately, I found out that this company was mediating only after the money was deducted from my account. Four days before arrival, I started communicating with them because they hadn't sent me the link for the eco tax (only after paying the eco tax do you get the check-in parameters for the apartment). During those four days, I wasted a huge amount of time trying to get the payment link, only to find out that I was mostly messaging a chatbot, called the contact center (you never get your turn), left my phone number to be called back (no one called me), wrote emails to the agency (received no response)... All unsuccessful, huge waste of my time, and major frustration. On the day of check-in, they sent me the entry parameters without paying the eco tax. On the agency's platform, there is a video tutorial on how to get to the building's lockbox; however, the video zooms in on a lockbox that has the agency's name on it, which I tried to open unsuccessfully. It was a completely different lockbox in question, with the apartment label and that wasn't written anywhere.
