It was a good value
No sitting area just a small table and two chairs

The fridge was the best feature of the cabin.
I was not able to check in at the check in time. Staff informed me that the cabin was not ready. When I was finally able to check in, the cabin had a musty odor. Two of the lights did not work, and there were urine stains on the toilet seat.

Internet connection & heater.
I booked for a queen studio (kitchen stovetop & living room included ) & call for assistance that the cabin given was not what I selected. He told me I had a Family Cabin but on my registration I had a queen studio for 2 and read him the description of the cabin I had selected. He kept saying I did not and that on his end he viewed a family cabin. I was disappointed as it felt like false advertisement. I had to take my food back as the cabin given did not have a kitchen as described on my selected booking.

The location. These cabins are close to stores and restaurants.
The price. It's too over priced. I paid almost double the price for my 8 year old son to only get a "bigger" cabin for 5 persons. The only difference I saw from my previous booking for 4 persons was a 4ft square area with a tiny round table and 2 chairs. Everything else was exactly the same as for 4 persons.
Checking in was a total nightmare. There was no information or heads up about this. It's a self check in location, meaning that you have to call the reception desk so they can text and email you the instructions which I never received when I booked. My family and 3 other guests (families) were in the same situation as us. Another guest and I kept asking each other if we knew how to check in. We all were completely lost. I arrived with my minor children after a long drive, called after a while of looking for the check in office in the rain, it took 39 minutes for someone to answer, someone at reception desk finally sent me a text message with information, no instructions, and no code to the door. A nice lady from the cabins next door tried to help us, also couldn't figure things out and ended up suggesting we should drive to sierra blue hotel. Another guest and I arrived at the hotel, a gentleman helping needs better manners. Finally checked in and drove back to the cabin.
The fireplace didn't work. It was raining and there was a leak coming from the ceiling, water dripped on to the fireplace the entire time it rained. I did use some dishes, but washed and cleaned everything I used, I hope my review isn't an excuse to keep my deposit. We didn't brake or damage anything, the place stayed just as when we entered the first day with the exception of crumbs on the carpet, used towels and slept on beds. There is no wifi, I had to use my mobile hotspot.
Overall, it's an okay place to book. Just keep in mind to book ahead of time and be prepared to over pay if it's more than 4 guests.

First of all the room smelled it said no smoking but it smells like smoke. It was really dusty bedsheets were not clean. There is a stains and bunch of hair I guess from other previous bookings. And the Heather is to loud it sounds like it’s broken . And the heater is not even that strong to heat up the other bedroom . I don’t recommend going back. The purchase of the booking is not worth it..

The location was convenient and the cabin looked nice from the outside. The surrounding nature was beautiful and peaceful.
The cabin was in very poor condition and completely different from the photos shown on Booking. It was dirty, smelled bad, and the heating system did not work, which made the stay very uncomfortable in cold weather. The kitchen was dirty and damaged, the bathroom was moldy, and overall the cabin was not suitable for living.

Very good location, walking distance to the nearby Mart, Pizza restaurant, kayak rental and Boulder Bay. Cute little cabin with kitchen. Loved cooking there. Bed was very comfortable.
It’s just not kept up at all. Behind the cabin was a huge pile of construction debris, there were broken sharpe objects which were hazardous for our children who wanted to venture around. Inside the cabin we were met with broken door rims, peeled off wall paint, leaky shower, dog/cat fur EVERYWHERE (my son’s black shirt got animal fur all over), kitchen window looked like it had never been cleaned. Also bathroom window lock was broken so it was open throughout our stay.

I loved that this property is pet friendly and I was able to take my pet .
There was dead rats in the trap under the bathroom sink. My dog discovered them after he started sniffing under the sink .

Very comfortable bed, very quiet. Our family was in a cabin and we were in the overflow so it was a great location, only 3 min drive and a soft bed and quiet location to sleep. Office was super friendly and accommodating whenever I needed anything.
Sheets were clean but stained and it is definitely rustic and funky
