GOOD VIEW, COLD UNCOMFY ROOMS.

Clean and well-organized room. The room was tidy and cleanliness was good. Nice breakfast view. Breakfast selection is very limited but the view is very pleasant. Very tasty croissants. Croissants were fresh and delicious. Friendly breakfast staff. The staff in the breakfast area were kind and welcoming. Easy self check-in. You get your room key from a coded locker, no waiting at reception. (The hotel restaurant mainly serves external guests, not only hotel residents. You can visit just to have a meal or drink coffee during certain hours of the day. It’s a nice place to enjoy a coffee at a reasonable price with a beautiful view.)

🥶No control over room temperature (the biggest issue).🔴 You cannot increase the room temperature via the thermostat. Our room was cold and we felt uncomfortable during the night. We stayed only one night and were very tired, so we slept wearing multiple layers. However, this is a very serious downside and significantly reduces comfort. At one point, I even thought about boiling water on the stove or running the washing machine or dishwasher just to generate some heat. It may sound strange, but if I had stayed longer and was still not allowed to adjust the room temperature, I would have seriously considered doing it. If I had stayed longer and reception had not helped me in any way, I would not have accepted this situation. I managed only because it was one night. I would definitely not choose this hotel in winter for a longer stay. 🚽We stayed in one of the 200-series rooms, facing the city. Unfortunately, there was a persistent toilet/sewage smell in the room. Again, since we stayed only one night, we tolerated it, but it would have been very difficult to endure for a longer stay. Breakfast selection is very limited. Self check-out felt insecure. At check-out, guests are asked to leave their room keys on an unattended table. Everyone leaves their key there and there is no staff present. Honestly, I don’t know what the procedure would be if someone took a key after you and entered a room or caused damage. Leaving the key on an empty desk did not feel safe at all, but I followed the instructions anyway. Difficult access / location. The hotel is reached via a winding, mountain-like road. We knew this in advance and had a car, so it was fine for us. However, for people who don’t know, this should be mentioned. I also heard that Uber drivers often refuse rides to this location.

A quiet relaxing place with excellent facilities

Having arrived much later than we had hoped, we used the information sent to us to obtain the secure key card. The apartment we had was excellent and the restaurant 'Ciel' on the top floor was wonderful and very welcome as we did not want to go down into the town so late on our arrival. Free parking outside and secure accommodation. The food in the res tuarant excellent and this was where breakfast was served the following morning- again excellent and the views from our table over Grenoble breathtaking. Staff in the restaurant very welcoming and informative.

Beautiful, modern hotel - recommended

Loved the room layout and facilities - well equipped kitchenette. The view from our room at the front was fantastic. Great restaurant and excellent breakfast.

The hotel is located up on a hill. We chose to walk up the stairs by the museum. Our issue was poor lighting at night and we didn’t feel safe (broken bottles, graffiti, dark corners). But the hotel offered an excellent shuttle service.

Modern, well equipped accommodation with incredible views over Grenoble

We stayed in one of the rooms with a kitchenette and laundry and it was very spacious and beautifully appointed. The balcony was fantastic, with a view over Grenoble and the mountains to die for! The staff members were all very friendly and we used the shuttle service to get us up the hill, which was excellent. We loved the restaurant and the delicious food- again the staff was fabulous - and that view!!

This is a tiny, picky thing but it would be lovely to have a top sheet on the bed as well as the thick duvet. Maybe the lack of top sheet is a European thing, I’m not sure (?)but I’m not a fan.

The location, the view and the cleanness. The room was great equipped, even the oil and pepper (salt was empty). Also I had the coupon for free prosecco in the hotel`s restaurant, but I didn't have time to use it.

When I arrived, the reception was already closed. When I enter the provided number in the key box, it didn't work and I had to call the hotline to ask for help. They opened the box remotely for me. Also, there is bad neighborhood with junky people near, and they could break the window in your car if you leave something there, especially if the car has foreign number plate.

Everything was wonderful! The location is great with a view of Grenoble, especially if you have a room with a city view, the view is superb from the restaurant terrace, spacious room, comfortable bed!

We didn't like the fact that we were accommodated on the 3rd floor below the restaurant and we couldn't rest until late at night because there were all kinds of noises like chairs being pulled out.

Pleasant stay, great food.

Location was good with excellent views. Apartment was clean and moderately well provisioned. Breakfast was better than expected. Restaurant food was excellent. Separate toilet and shower room.

The bedroom space was small. Access to the apartment was from the outside of the building with unmade path that made pulling a suitcase impossible. The road up to the location was very steep, many sharp bends and poorly made up.

Wonderful location and excellent accommodation.

The location was fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the city form both the flat and the restaurant. Equally, it was very convenient for walks into the city itself, provided you are able-bodied. The staff too were all very friendly and helpful. I accidentally booked the wrong dates initially, but they remedied this straightaway. Likewise, there was a minor problem when collecting my key, but someone was on hand immediately to sort it out. The building as a whole has a really welcoming ambiance.

The breakfast, at 14 Euros, was not particularly good value for money, with much less choice than I would have expected for that amount. The only reason I paid it was because the weather was poor on the morning of my departure, and time was limited.

A special place wrecked by one moment

The location is the best on Grenoble. Amazing views and makes you wonder why anyone would choose anywhere else. Staff generally very polite and lovely. Room is a good size and comfy bed.

We ordered breakfast with our stay. We came down early the first day, around 8am, all was good. The second morning we came down just before 10am to be told breakfast and the restaurant were not opened for the whole of Monday. Not sure why they took payment for this or did not point out at start of stay.

Very good facility - be ready for a difficult drive in and out (. Old narrow curves uphill street.).

The unit is beautiful, architecturally interesting and location great, restaurant on top beautiful!, with amazing view of the city.

Too many E mails received, did not have the code..after a day of driving standing in the lobby asking strangers to help ( all very nice ) but they could not. At the end one person with same problem had a phone No. and that person on the phone got us in. This is unacceptable, there should be somebody in the building. To help in those cases with a phone No. published clearly at the door outside ! If you rent to people as a Hotel you must assume that not all are completely computer savvy or that everything will go smoothly. We had a very tense hour outside, ready to leave and look for another hotel late in the eve. We understand the aim to save on costs, but there must be a limit to this. Otherwise great place (. Fantastic place exceptional service

The apartment was ideally located, and they made access as convenient as can be with the offer of the shuttle service. The apartment was clean with all the necessities available.Matthieu is an asset he made our trip that little bit extra special going above and beyond to ensure we were happy and satisfied. There was some confusion with out booking and he sorted it straight away. He was just so fantastic in the service he provided.

One night in Grenoble

Stunning view on Grenoble. The apartment are comfortable and new. All necessary facilities are available. The location needs a bit of work to improve the overall feeling of the location, but great work to turn this place into a short term appartment location & work location.

I would very much advise better guidance on where to find things like the keybox or even the button to open the door when it is closed for the night! Before arrival I had received a sms for my key - stating I would need to provide my name...but it was a numeric code that was required. No one was present to help us, I tried calling the phone number, but no one answered. Fortunately the caddy man noticed our problems and tried to help, eventually calling his contact to get the code as we had not been provided with one. This was quite stressfull. Also the information on Booking states that breakfast is possible - but this is not true - at least not on Sunday while we were there. We even had problems to discover how to open the main door (the button is behind you!) We walked into town to get some breakfast at a boulangerie.

New, cute but more work than you expect.

It is a cute apartment and fairly spacious. Looks very new (less than 5 months)

Definitely this is not for anyone that has mobility issues. It is up a steep hill accessed through a narrow and windy road. We reserved a duplex and bedroom and bathroom were on the top floor. Appliances were new and a complete enigma on how they worked. Clothes washer+dryer had a mind of its own. Range took forever to figure out. Deciding which was the detergent for the dish washer and clothes washer was impossible. There were only two coffee pods and only one worked. The top floor has a small piece of wood by the bed right at the start of the stairs and you will stub your toes several times until you learn it is there. Shower had no shelves or anything to place shampoo or soap other than on the floor (not very hygienic). Bedroom didn't have a nightstand, only a block of wood to put your phone and watch, but no outlet anywhere near it to charge overnight. On top of not offering a cleaning service, you had to clean the apartment, remove the trash, empty the dish washer. It was more work than we expected and we were on the first floor with no view (I think there were rooms with a view but you needed to pay more)

New apartment with great views from the top.

Room was great, I think the apartment had only been open for a few weeks so is basically brand new. The views from the rooftop bar and restaurant are amazing, definitely worth going to. It is a very steep walk up to the complex from the quayside, but the building provides a golf buggy pick up service at no charge that runs most of the day.

Poor view out the back but that wasn't an issue for us. Other than that everything was great.

Great reuse of a excellent building in a good location

I tried to go to the roof level at dusk before dinner. It was almost empty but the staff told me i couldnt come in. Part of the reason i booked the hotel was to visit the roof and look out at grenoble from there. Seems a bit shonky

Excellent emplacement

Vue incroyable, studio tout équipé et propre. Navette gratuite pour accéder à pied sur les quais. Petit déjeuner copieux avec jus d'orange pressé (sucré et salé). Très bonne literie. Cadeau de bienvenue (petite bouteille de vin).

Isolation insuffisante vers les fenêtres (l'air passait). Lit placé entre 3 murs. Fenêtres trop hautes pour voir la vue depuis le canapé.

Superbe hôtel moderne avec vue incroyable

Concept appartement tout inclus juste génial ! Le confort de la literie était incroyable. La vue sur la montagne était superbe . Le restaurant CIEL au 4e était également parfait , le personnel et les mets.

Très bel emplacement et vue de rêve sur les montagnes en se levant le matin :) Checkin automatique avec récupération des clés dans une boîte sécurisée, et la possibilité de stationner son véhicule devant.

Malheureusement très décu du petit déjeuner (pourtant facturé 16€ par personne) tant sur l'aspect contenu que service. Niveau contenu: très peu de choix, alors que nous sommes arrivés tôt, les oeufs et le bacon étaient froid, les plateau de viennoiseries étaient vides, etc ... Nous avons du solliciter à de nombreuses reprises le personnel pour demander si nous pouvions manger quelque chose.... Niveau personnel: clairement pas à la hauteur de la prestation de l'hotel.... les 2 personnes présentent au petit déjeuner ont passé leur temps à parler entre elles de leur futures vacances, sans porter attention aux clients qui étaient là, et sans faire le minimum de service (re-remplir les plateaux, préparer les boissons chaudes, etc). Un 3e client, nous n'étions plus au petit déjeuner - j'ai chronométré - a attendu 16 min pour qu'on lui prépare et serve un café… Bref, étant un client de longue date, le service existait avant, et maintenant cela ne donne plus vraiment envie de reprendre un petit déjeuner...

Uitzicht van de locatie, een prima appartement met goede parkeergelegenheid. En niet te vergeten het restaurant. Het eten was heerlijk!
